Heliodoro Miller works a dead-end job at a store specializing in cheap goods. During one of his night shifts, he accidentally summons the ghost of 65-year-old Berenice Molina, a factory worker. Heliodoro's relationship with his father, his past, and his heritage are irrevocably changed as his determination to help Berenice move on forces him to confront all three.
